well i am having so many problems with this item that i don't know what to do, the software that it came with will not work with my windows vista computer, (i think that maybe vista is the real one at fault here,)but it was working for a little while, kind of,but it suddenly stopped, anyway i've just about everything, even restoring the system to factory settings, which is always a last resort for me, NOTHING. anyone have any ideas aside from buying another modem?
