Actually, we have the $11,000 Amigo II with Everest printer. Abysmal tech support at Rimage--expect an hour waiting and be glad if it's less. Even sales will keep you waiting. Major breakdown after only about 2000 burns over a period of eighteen months. Heavily marked up replacement parts. Total lack of sympathy. I would not buy from them again.

Rimage has poor after sales service. If you're buying this product be prepared to fend for yourself.br /br /Their distributor in Miami, Brooke, would say anything to close the sale but once your money is in their pocket, the distributor would tell you to go to Rimage directly for support and Rimage would give you a runaround.br /br /The product worked pretty well at the start but as soon as I needed support - and believe me, you will need support too - they began the run around.br /br /As a matter of disclosure, I work for a Trinidad news company ([...]) which in no way competes with Rimage or Brooke. I have my receipt and of course the machine to prove ownership.br /br /One more thing, be prepared to get the run around just about until the warranty expires.br /br /That's my advice. Take it or leave it. It's your money.
