 Good, but not nearly perfect! January 8, 2009
Fifty five years ago, the original plans of the street we live on, before the first house was built, the first block of the street was cancelled or eliminated. Microsoft to this day has not digested the change! So, when someone enters our address, it directs them to the west end of the street, which is close, but no cigar! Trying to feed them corrections? Forget it!!

Not as accurate as I wished. Looked for a friend's house and the street wasn't even there, and they have lived there for almost three years.

This product is very easy to use and especially helpful in planning auto trips to new places as well as looking up businesses and their locations.

I cannot rate this product. The first disc that I ordered was defective and was returned for a replacement. The second one was also defective. I called Microsoft and they claimed that they had no record of the product that I was shipped. I returned the second one as well. I do not recommend buying anything from this supplier.
Exelent product January 6, 2009
I bought this product to replace a 2005 version. It has more options features than the previous version. It more than serves the purpose forbr /my needs.
